Southeastern Michigan McDonald's Operators Association
The Southeastern Michigan McDonald's Operators Association (SEMMOA) is comprised of private McDonald's restaurant owners. Many of the owners grew up in southeast Michigan , and chose to locate their businesses in the communities in which they were raised and/or currently reside. SEMMOA members are active community leaders as well.
The underlying passion that SEMMOA holds to support the Southeastern Michigan Ronald McDonald Houses stems from their philosophy that local communities should sustain their own institutions so that they can contribute to the well being of community members. SEMMOA has committed to hosting the Aviators' Ball, which is designed to raise funds to support the southeast Michigan Ronald McDonald Houses.
In southeast Michigan , we are proud to have two Ronald McDonald Houses just steps away from the Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor and Children's Hospital of Michigan . When children are sick and parents need to be close, these Houses combined provide accommodations for up to 54 families every night.
